One bedroom has a bed of 180x200cm with a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a bed 150 x 200 cm and the third 2 beds of 100x200cm.
Two bathrooms have a showe and one 1 bathtub.
In the livingroom you will find a chimney to use ore during the cold months.
Also, a television, DVD, radio-CD and safe.
The divingroom has a table for 6 people and its own exit onto the covered terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Electric oven, stove, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
The large terrace has a view to the swimming pool and sea. A gas grill is provided for you use.
The pool has an overflow system with solar heating for the spring and fall that raises the water temperature approx. 5 degrees.
From the very pretty furnished roof top terrace, you have a beautiful view of the Bay of Alcudia, the mountains and the sunset.
Also, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironer. Central heating with gasoil.
